Stall fees are in the following categories:
Produce: such as fruit & veggies, cold meats, dairy, eggs, bread. $130 per week
Specialist products cold: $130 per week
Specialist products non-food: $130 per week
Specialist products hot: $150 per week
Power for 10AMP is an additional $10 per point.
Power for 15AMP is an additional $25 per point.
We also offer a 10% discount to any vendor who books for 4 weeks or more to attend regularly (discount period for December trade only).
For payment, please email us at email@example.com to arrange payment, all stall fees must be paid the Sunday prior to the Saturday market of your attendance.
We trade every Saturday from 9am - 2pm in the front grounds of Erskineville Public School. We have limited numbers of car spaces available both on or off-site, please email to book.
what can I sell
If you grow or make incredible food, eco-sustainable wares, organic and vegan deliciousness we want to hear from you, for everything else (jewellery, bags, shoes etc.) we will occasionally run speciality markets contact us for more details. At times we may make an exception for a non-food product if it is a product that is sustainable and environmentally friendly, these will be approved on a case by case basis.
set up & install
All vendors are required to supply:
Marquee (varying sizes but normally a 3x3)
Branding & any other materials required for set up.
For wet and windy weather, all vendors will need to supply their own weights to minimise risk.
If you don’t already have your own Public Liability insurance, don’t worry, you can jump on ours for an additional $10.
For food traders, you will need to have a ‘Council Temporary Food Stall Permit’ and a ‘NSWFA Certificate’.
If you’re a permanent weekly stall-holder we will make sure to apply your 10% discount and provide you a regular location with easy load & unload access and a dedicated parking spot.
For organic waste we would love to collect it and reissue it to our participating farms for creating healthy and amazing soil.
For anything else vendors will need to remove their own rubbish and leave the area as they found it.
Unfortunately we are an outdoor market and as such we say if its raining bring a brolly, but for those REALLY rainy days we will issue advise in the lead up on possible cancellations.
